This is an organization development programme. Leaders from one and the same organization work intensively for a period of eight weeks to develop a new style of leadership.

When possible the programme is delivered in the organisation’s offices, partly within normal working hours.

The focus is on the direct application of new learnings. Awareness of one’s own attitude and reactions and responding to everyday challenges play a central role.

Participants practice mindfulness meditation, if possible at work and partially also at home. There is a weekly four-hour session during which experiences are shared and learnings are discussed.

In principle the same themes as are offered in the Open Programme. However, the programme is custom-designed around the realities of the organization. Intake discussions with the participants form part of the programme.

The number of participants is in principle unlimited, but will depend on the extent to which suitable space is available. A minimum of six participants is required for useful exchange of experiences.

The programme can be adapted to suit the wishes and possibilities of the organization, both with regard to the themes covered and the desired method of facilitation. Individual coaching is also possible.

The costs associated with this type of programme are determined in consultation with the client.
